Saints have never told about too many techniques of the Sadhna ( the practice of meditation ). They have told about only two techniques i.e (i) Drishtiyog - light meditation & (ii) Shabdyog - sound meditation. |

It does not matter that you are Hindu, muslim, or Christian but you must Continue the inner practice of meditation by facing the pain and pleasure of this world. |

A man is a good man if he has two main things i.e the devotion to the God and the well conduct, otherwise he is like an animal. |

Adopt the morality, it means, get away from Falsehood, Stealing, intoxication, Violence and adultery. All these five great Sins will make you fall down. |

You can't get ride of the cycle of birth and death howerver you worship the gross form of the God. Perform the practice of meditation. |

The inner journey through meditation is only way to the devotion to the God. The devotion reaches to its peak where the God is realized in a direct way as we see each other. |

where is humanity without mortality ? The base of immorality, atrocity, adultery, Corruption and all these evil things like this is only " The Lack of Morality". |

Our body itself is temple or mosque. We find the God only within ourselves. There is lack of only doing so. |
